What is this app for?
Building short, card-based courses that someone taps through on a phone in a few minutes — for parents, for staff and, later, for pupils.
Who can access it?
Staff with a school account can open TapTen. Building courses needs creator rights; ask the Tech Team. Individual courses can be shared with anyone by link, with no sign-in at all.

What it does

A course you can finish before the kettle boils.

Ten cards, never eleven

Every course is at most ten taps. The limit is the design: it forces a course down to the thing you actually wanted to say, and it means people reach the end.

Built for a phone

One card fills the screen. Tap to move on. It opens from a link, a QR code on a poster, an email or a Teams post — and it opens fast, even on school wifi.

Themes that look like something

Start from the Wycombe Abbey look, or pick a world or a subject and change every colour, font and shape. A course for prospective parents should not look like a policy refresher.

You find out what happened

Who started, who finished, where people dropped off, what they answered. Public courses record no names at all — only that a device came and went.
